A retro, no-bake dessert salad made with pistachio pudding, crushed pineapple, marshmallows, and whipped topping. It's light, fluffy, and incredibly easy to make!

  • 1 box instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 1 can crushed pineapple in juice 20 ounce can
  • 1 container whipped topping 8 ounce container, like Cool Whip
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a large bowl, combine the instant pistachio pudding mix and the crushed pineapple with its juice. Stir well until thoroughly combined.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped topping until no streaks remain. Then, stir in the mini marshmallows and the chopped nuts.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the salad to chill. Serve cold.

Notes

This Watergate salad can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For a touch of color, you can also add a few maraschino cherries!
