Preparation Steps
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9x13 inch metal pan with foil and spray with nonstick spray.
- Cream together butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, vanilla, baking powder, and salt; mix until smooth. Gradually add flour and mix well. Fold in Valentine M&Ms.
- Spread batter evenly into prepared pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden around the edges and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool completely.
- Cut into bars and serve. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for longer storage.
