- Preheat your broiler to high, with a rack about 6 inches from the flame. Line a baking sheet with non-stick foil.
- In a medium bowl, combine the chopped turkey, sliced celery, mayonnaise, cranberries, and chopped red onion. Mix until well combined.
- Arrange the bread slices on the prepared baking sheet. Evenly distribute the turkey mixture over each slice and top with a slice of cheese.
- Place in the broiler and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Watch carefully to avoid burning.
