  • 1 cup tiny broccoli florets

  • 0.5 cup finely diced red pepper

  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons white wine or plain vinegar
  • 0.5 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon sugar

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, adding salt to the water. Add broccoli in the last 30 seconds, then drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, pepper, and sugar in a large bowl. Add cooked pasta and broccoli, stir to coat.
  3. Add cucumber, red pepper, olives, and green onion. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve, stir before serving.
