  • 1 cup chopped fresh spinach
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken, chopped grapes, mayonnaise, slivered almonds, chopped bell peppers, chopped green onion, and chopped spinach.
  2. Stir all the ingredients together until well combined.
  3. Add more mayonnaise, salt, and pepper to taste as needed.
  4. Serve on bread, with crackers, or as a side salad.
  5. Store any leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
