Preparation Steps
- Prepare all of the items and cook the shrimp last!
- Mix all of the ingredients and taste to adjust seasonings for the tomato salsa.
- Whisk together all of the yum yum sauce ingredients and adjust seasoning.
- Dry your shrimp with a paper towel. Add 1 tablespoon oil and sriracha, then season with spices. Toss to coat all.
- Heat remaining 2 tablespoons oil in a pan. Cook shrimp 1-2 minutes per side until cooks to 145°F or above. Do not overcook.
- Divide rice, avocado, tomato salsa, cucumber, and shrimp into bowls. Drizzle with yum yum sauce and enjoy!
