  • 6 bone-in pork chops pork chops
  • 1.5 cups ketchup
  • 0.25 cup light brown sugar packed
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2.5 teaspoons onion flakes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 cup Coca-Cola

Preparation Steps
  1. Spray the inside of your slow cooker basin with cooking spray and place the pork chops in the slow cooker, spread out as much as space allows.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, onion flakes, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well combined.
  3. Add the Coca-Cola to the bowl and whisk gently to combine.
  4. Evenly pour the Coca-Cola mixture over the pork chops in the slow cooker.
  5. Cover the slow cooker and cook on HIGH heat for 3 to 4 hours, or on LOW heat for 6 to 8 hours. Pork is done when the internal temperature reaches 145F.
  6. Allow the pork chops to rest for a few minutes before serving. Spoon extra sauce from the slow cooker over the pork chops for added flavor and moisture.

Notes

Storage: Leftover pork chops can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months. Reheat gently in the microwave or as desired.
