  • 2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 2 cup shredded cheese blend
  • 0.75 cup sour cream
  • 1 ounce taco seasoning packet
  • 1 cup premade guacamole
  • 0.5 cup chopped roma tomatoes
  • 0.25 cup thinly sliced green onions
  • 0.25 cup sliced black olives

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Spread refried beans evenly over the bottom of a serving dish.
  2. Layer the premade guacamole over the beans.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk sour cream with taco seasoning until smooth. Spread over the guacamole layer.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheese blend over the sour cream layer.
  5. Distribute shredded lettuce over the cheese layer.
  6. Sprinkle chopped roma tomatoes over the lettuce.
  7. Add sliced black olives evenly over the tomatoes.
  8. Finish with thinly sliced green onions on top. Chill for 1 hour before serving with tortilla chips.
