Preparation Steps
- Combine olive oil, vinegar, sugar, and soy sauce in a jar and shake until sugar dissolves to make the dressing.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Inside the ramen noodle package, crush noodles, remove seasoning packet. Add noodles, almonds, sesame seeds to melted butter.
- Saute, stirring frequently, until golden brown. Remove from heat and let cool.
- Shred cabbage and slice green onions. In a large bowl, combine cabbage, onions, noodle mixture, and dress. Toss well. Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.
