  • 1 green pepper (chopped)
  • 1 can kidney beans 19 oz can, drained
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp red wine vinegar

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Brown the ground beef on the stove top. Drain the fat and transfer to a slow cooker.
  2. Add diced tomatoes, garlic, onion, green pepper, kidney beans, and spices into the slow cooker. Stir well to combine.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Stir occasionally and serve hot.
