  1. In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, beat the butter and peanut butter together for 5 minutes until light and fluffy.
  2. Sieve the powdered sugar to prevent lumps, then add half to the butter mixture. Beat for 2 minutes, then add remaining powdered sugar, cream, vanilla, and salt. Mix for an additional 3 minutes.
  3. Spread or pipe frosting onto cakes or cupcakes. Store in the fridge for up to 7 days, bring to room temperature, and re-mix before using.
