Preparation Steps
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and toss with cornstarch until evenly coated. Set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until golden and cooked through, about 8 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add fresh orange juice, soy sauce, and honey. Stir well and bring to a simmer.
- Add cooked chicken back into the skillet with the sauce. Toss to coat evenly and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through and sauce slightly thickened.
- Garnish with diced green onions and serve immediately.
Notes
For a crispy version, you can fry the chicken pieces until crispy before tossing in the sauce.
