Preparation Steps
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, stuffing mix, water, and Italian seasoning until well blended.
- Press the meat mixture evenly into the cavities of the muffin pan. Make an indentation in the center of each meatloaf with the back of a spoon. Spoon a little pasta sauce into each indentation.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until the meatloaves are cooked through. Top each meatloaf evenly with mozzarella cheese. Continue baking for another 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let the mini meatloaves stand for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
These mini meatloaves are delicious served with mashed potatoes and green beans.
