  • 1 pound kielbasa
  • 0.5 head green cabbage
  • 2 tablespoons water

  1. Peel and chop the potatoes into 0.5-inch pieces, place in a bowl, sprinkle with 0.5 teaspoon salt and 0.25 teaspoon pepper. Microwave for 4 minutes, stir, then microwave another 2-4 minutes until fork-tender.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until lightly browned. Add minced garlic and sliced kielbasa, cook for 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
  3. Add cooked potatoes to the skillet, toss to combine, and cook for 2-3 minutes until lightly browned.
  4. Shred the green cabbage and add to the skillet. Sprinkle with 0.25 teaspoon salt and 0.25 teaspoon pepper. Add 2 tablespoons water, cover, and cook for 2 minutes until cabbage is bright green and barely wilted.
