  • 1 cup cilantro and/or parsley, packed
  • 0.5 cup olive oil
  • 0.25 cup water
  • 0.25 cup lime juice (or white vinegar) from about 2 limes
  • 0.25 cup cashews, sunflower seeds, or almonds
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon coarse salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon red pepper flakes
