- In a large mixing bowl, stir together bread crumbs and milk until fully moistened. Let rest for at least 5 minutes.
- Add ground beef, pork, eggs, onion, garlic, basil, parsley, oregano, Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly combined.
- Shape mixture into 1 1/4-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Bake meatballs on prepared baking sheet for 20-25 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Optional: For frying, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook meatballs in batches until golden and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes per batch.
- Serve meatballs with warmed marinara sauce. Simmer in sauce for 10-15 minutes for extra tenderness.
