Preparation Steps
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onions and cook for 2 minutes, then stir in garlic and cook for 20 seconds.
- Add ground beef and season with Italian Seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned, breaking up meat with a spoon.
- Add spinach in batches, cooking and stirring until wilted, about 1 minute.
- Remove from heat, drain excess liquid, and set aside.
- In a baking dish, combine cooked cauliflower rice, sour cream, butter, and basil. Stir until smooth and creamy, adding milk if necessary.
- Add beef mixture into the cauliflower mixture, stirring well. Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 22-25 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted.
- Let stand for 7-10 minutes before serving.
