  • 0.5 tsp red pepper flakes

  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Preparation Steps
  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, oregano, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to make the marinade.
  2. Add the shrimp to the marinade, toss to coat thoroughly, and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers.
  4. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side, until pink and opaque.
  5. Remove from grill, serve immediately with lemon wedges if desired.
