Preparation Steps
- Season the pork tenderloin with salt, pepper, and oregano. Roast in the oven at 400°F for 20-25 minutes until fully cooked. Let rest for 5 minutes and then slice thinly.
- Warm the pita bread in a skillet or oven for a few minutes until soft and pliable.
- Assemble the pitas by placing sliced pork, feta cheese, tomato slices, red onion, and a dollop of tzatziki sauce inside each pita.
- Serve immediately with extra tzatziki sauce on the side if desired.
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in the fridge for a day and reheated.
