  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 oz unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1.5 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 large vanilla bean
  • 12 oz cold milk
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Preparation Steps
  1. Mix butter cookies or graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into a pie dish to form the crust. Chill in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  3. Slowly pour in cold milk and continue to beat until smooth. Melt chocolate chips and add to the mixture, folding gently.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared crust. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  5. Once frozen, decorate the top with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, and sprinkles as desired.
