  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup 10oz can
  • 2 cans cheddar cheese soup 10oz cans
  • 1 package frozen french fries 650g package
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • green onions for garnish, if desired

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Spread uncooked ground beef on the bottom of a 9x13 inch casserole dish. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread cream of mushroom soup and cheddar cheese soup on top. Top with frozen french fries.
  4. Bake for 1 hour. Serve hot.

Notes

This casserole is best served immediately for optimal crispiness of the french fries.
