  • 2 pieces refrigerated pie crusts
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine cranberries, walnuts, sugar, and orange zest. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Roll out each pie crust into a square on a floured surface. Brush with melted butter.
  4. Spread the cranberry mixture evenly over the pie crusts.
  5. Roll each crust into a log, pinch the edges to seal, and freeze for 20 minutes.
  6. Mix egg and water to create an egg wash. Remove logs from freezer and brush with egg wash.
  7. Slice each log into 10 equal pieces. Arrange on the baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 11 to 14 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Remove from oven, drizzle with honey, and cool before serving.
