Preparation Steps
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs with sugar until thick and light in color, about 5-7 minutes. Mixture should double in size.
- Add butter and vanilla; mix for two minutes. Stir in flour and cranberries until just combined.
- Pour batter into a buttered 9x13 inch pan. Bake for 40-50 minutes until lightly browned and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool completely before slicing into small pieces. Serve and enjoy!
