  • 1.75 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.75 cup salted butter softened
  • 0.75 cup light brown sugar
  • 0.25 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons whole milk
  • 1.5 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and spread the flour on a baking sheet.
  2. Bake the flour for 5 minutes to heat treat it.
  3. Remove the flour from the oven and let it cool for about 10 minutes.
  4. In a large bowl, beat the softened butter and brown sugar until creamy, about 1 minute.
  5. Gradually add the powdered sugar, beating until combined, about 1 minute.
  6. Mix in the milk and vanilla extract until smooth, about 30 seconds.
  7. Once cooled, beat in the flour until incorporated, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  8. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  9. Use a 1.5-inch cookie scoop to form balls of dough.
  10. Roll each ball in your hands to smooth and place on a plate or sheet pan.
  11. Refrigerate the cookie dough balls for 30 minutes to set.
  12. Serve the cookie dough bites cold and enjoy!
