  • 0.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 cup hot sauce (Buffalo style)
  • 0.25 cup cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.25 tsp salt

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast.
  2. Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Stuff the mixture into each chicken pocket.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden.
  4. Transfer chicken to a baking dish. Brush with hot sauce.
  5. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
  6. Remove from oven, drizzle with additional hot sauce before serving.
