Preparation Steps
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- On the non-buttered side of one slice of bread, layer the sliced Brie cheese. Then, spread the blueberry pie filling over the Brie. Top with the other slice of bread, buttered side facing outwards.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Carefully place the sandwich in the skillet and grill for 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted and gooey.
- Remove from skillet, cut in half, and enjoy hot!
