Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a baking sheet with cooking spray and set aside.
  2. Combine cream cheese, caramel topping, egg, sugar, and apple pie spice in a bowl; beat until smooth and creamy.
  3. Fill each cored apple with the cream cheese mixture, about two-thirds full.
