  • 3 cloves garlic minced

  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F. Place the asparagus on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
  2. Drizzle the asparagus with olive oil and add the minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.
  3. Roast the asparagus for about 10 to 12 minutes, or until crisp-tender.
  4. While the asparagus is roasting, cook the bacon in a skillet until desired crispness. Transfer the bacon to a paper towel-lined plate, drain, crumble, and set aside.
  5. Remove the asparagus from the oven and top with the crumbled feta cheese. Return to the oven for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
  6. Remove the asparagus from the oven, top with the crumbled bacon, and serve immediately.

Notes

This dish is best served immediately while the cheese is warm and melty.
