Preparation Steps
- Rub 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil all over the turkey breast. Season both sides with salt and poultry seasoning, then rub in the remaining oil over the skin side.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F. Place the turkey breast skin side down and cook for 20 minutes. Flip and cook until the internal temperature reaches 160°F, approximately 30 to 40 minutes depending on size. Rest for 10 minutes before carving.
