  • 4 pounds turkey breast (on the bone with skin)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 0.5 tablespoon dry turkey or poultry seasoning I used Bell's which has not salt

Preparation Steps
  1. Rub 0.5 tablespoon of oil all over the turkey breast. Season both sides with salt and turkey seasoning then rub in the remaining half tablespoon of oil over the skin side.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 350F. Cook skin side down for 20 minutes, then turn over and cook until the internal temperature reaches 160F using an instant-read thermometer. This will take about 30 to 40 minutes more, depending on the size of your breast. Let it rest for 10 minutes before carving.
